My Dad's catch on the final day.
Matt's catch on the last day. Whatever you catch on the last day you can bring home fresh (no time to freeze it). This is my favourite part, eating salmon that yesterday was swimming. It tastes soooo good.This is a friend of my Dad's and him and his son caught some record breaking salmon (58 and 56 lbs). If you keep these ones you have to get them smoked, they don't taste very good when they are this large.My dad with his first fish.
